General Policies

Age Requirements:

All minors must be accompanied by an adult. No room will be rented to a guest under the age of 21 (no exceptions)

Accessibility:

This is a older facility with no ADA official rooms. All rooms are on the ground floor.

Parking:

Parking is free and located in front of each room. Depending on size of vehicle and location of room, we may have you park at a specific location or format. All vehicles are to be registered at the office during check-in.

Identification Requirements:

Guests must have a valid government issued photo I.D or driver's license.

Visitor Policy:

All guest visitors must stop by the office and verify identity and vehicle information. I.D Requirements also apply to visitors

Check-Out Time:

Please note the time of arrival when booking, as our office closes @ 9pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.

Late Check-In / No Show Policy

If you are delayed and will be arriving at a later time then posted on line, please call and notify us so you are not considered a No Show. In case of a "no show" guest, guest will forfeit 100% of the cost of their stay.

Arrival Procedure:

Upon arrival check in with the office, if closed, ring doorbell or call the number on the door.

Unruly Guest:

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave at any time, for any reason. Depending on the reason, you may only receive a partial refund if any at all.

Weekly Stay Policy:

If you are a guest staying weekly then a form of these policies is required to be signed every week you renew your stay.

Check-Out Policy:

If guest wants to book any additional days after check-in, please let the office know by 11am of your intent to extend. If checking out please make sure all belongings are removed, lock the door on the way out. You can either leave the key in the room or return it to the key box next to the office door.

Laundry Facilities:

We have on-site laundry facilities for guests on a first come first serve basis. Laundry room is available 9am-9pm 7 days a week. Please contact office for key arrangements.

Smoking Policy:

Washington State Law prohibits smoking in ALL motel rooms, you may smoke outside away from windows or doors. We provide sand pails throughout the property for easy cigarette disposal. Please help us keep our beautiful surroundings clean from cigarette butts.

Cannabis Use Policy:

Washington State Law allows use of recreational cannabis use. We politely ask our guests to smoke away from rooms out of respect for other guests.

Prohibited Activities:

We do not allow minors to consume drugs or alcohol on premisis or in rooms! Additionally, if staff suspects the room will or is being used for ANY illegal activity, we will refuse check-in or ask guest to leave.

Security:

We have 24hr closed circuit camera system with built-in auto alerts, as well as, 24hr on-site licensed armed security personnel.

Legal Agreement:

In the event of legal action, guest MUST agree to arbitration first! If your found liable, guest will be responsible to pay Cedar Village Motel for its accrued legal fees.

Privacy Policy:

We do NOT sell ANY information to 3rd party apps or vendors.
